Cancellation Policy
- The operator may cancel the booking in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions). In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule within 3 months from the selected date
- 4 days before the activity starts – FULL REFUND/REBOOKING
- 3 to 2 days before the activity starts – 50% REFUND/REBOOKING
- 24 hours before the activity starts – NON-REFUNDABLE/NO REBOOKING
- IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you rebook your resevation, it will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Rebookings are only allowed once. For cancellations/rebookings, kindly call or text us at 0977-8400252 or email us at booking@mayonskydrive.com.
Eligibility
- Children aged 0-10 can join this activity free of charge
- Children aged 15 and below can only join the ATV ride as a back-ride on a driving adult
Booking Limitations
- Participants must not exceed 95kg
- Participants will need to register and sign the necessary waivers before starting the activity
- No ATV experience is required. A safety orientation and a short practice ride will be given before the activity begins

- Facilities and Services: free Wi-F, waiting area, restrooms, parking area, Photobooth area, lockers, disposable facemasks, rubbing alcohol, wet wipes, and tissue
Prohibitions & Limitations
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
